I went in for a deep conditioning treatment and a trim. The treatment was great but the haircut was awful. I really just wanted to trim the dead ends and 1). she cut way too much, and 2). she added a bunch of layers to my hair that I didn’t ask for and it just wasn’t well done at all. I am extremely particular about my hair and unfortunately this just wasn’t a good experience.

Lori (I’m pretty sure) cut and styled my hair and it looks AMAZING!!! I am so happy with it, and she gave me great advice to maintain it. Contrary to other reviews I have read on here, it wasn’t “expensive”. I have been charged twice as much at other salons for less work done. (If you’re looking for a really basic haircut with zero complexity at a lower price point, try Supercuts. The folks at Harpo’s will do an amazing job though. It is worth every penny in my opinion.) Lori was so fun to talk to as well. I will be back! 🙂

Hands down the best place to get any type of hair salon service in the greater King of Prussia area. The staff is 1000% attentive to the customers, down to earth, and friendly. The work done here by the highly talented staff is of the best quality I have come across anywhere in Southeastern PA. Super expensive and I didnt even get the haircut I wanted. I kept asking the stylist to not do my hair in layers again and again and yet at the end she took a few strands and cut it really short. I asked her to do a textured a line and instead I got a choppy mess that doesnt look like anything. Because she cut those few hairs super short I cant even go for a better hair cut to a better salon until these few super short strands grow out and right now they stick out like a sore thumb in any hair style except keeping my hair open so it hides in. I am only giving it 2 instead of 1 because there might be other stylists here that are better. But I am not going to give it a second chance to find out.

This is a great place to get your hair done by some well seasoned hair technicians. It’s too bad that I’m not an actual customer but Rich and his crew make everyone happy, comfortable and leave with a beaming smile on thier faces. Just remember that you must enter the mall next to Primark and walk down the hall past T-Mobile in order to get to it.

To start off I’m not from this state just visiting Pennsylvania and wanted to get my hair cut and dyed. Arissara trimmed and dyed my hair, got it just the way I wanted it. Quick service and staff makes you feel right at home. These people actually care about what they do here.

Very friendly place and excellent customer service. I did a walk in and they took me back right away. I also had my six month old daughter with me. The stylist were very patient. The end result was I got to be pampered and the baby was entertained.
