Play football at Marist and I try to get treatment from Kayla every 1-2 weeks during the season. Even if you don’t have a nagging injury or a specific issue they will find something and you’ll walk out feeling amazing. A bit outside my usual price range but definitely worth it. I had an amazing Massage done by Lauren, it was my first time at this location and from the get go she was very caring and kind. The 60 minute massage helped take away all of my knots I felt so relaxed by the end. I didn’t tell her where the knots were mainly at but she hit them all! I will be back and highly recommend!!

Today was my first visit. Kayla was beyond professional. I have not had a massage in over 4 years. Kayla did a wonderful job, taking her time in spots that were locked up.
