This is my favorite place to get manicures and pedicures!! I am the type of person that usually doesn’t like nail salons, but Harper Nails is so awesome!

I’d give a zero if I could. One, because I’m forced to, but also the pedicure was half decent. I went in today for a pedicure and to get my nails dipped. Pedicure went as expected, but the true mess began with the nail dipping. I had done my own at home nail powder about a week before, and didn’t have time to remove it prior to coming over. I figured since they advertised dip powder, they would know how to remove it. The supposed manager and the nail tech looked at my nails and acted like they had never seen them before. I told them they were an at home nail kit (a well advertised one too, revel nail powder). The “manager” spoke to the tech in their language so I had no idea what was going on, and he started on my nails. Before I could figure out what was going on the tech took a tool and shoved it between the powder and my natural nails, RIPPING IT OFF. My nail was torn and shredded. He continued this for all 10 fingers, halfways ripping off my nail on my left pinky. He did not once ask me about how to remove them, or do the common removal style for both acrylics and dip powder: acetone!! After he finished shredding my nails, he used an electric drill to effectively make my nails smooth again and hide the evidence, making my nails paper thin!! He then proceed with the manicure, filing my nails and cutting back my cuticles. I cannot tell you how much he nicked me!! There are so many cuts along my nail beds from the nail file! He noticed he kept cutting me yet continued to file in the same place!! He gave me a shape I didn’t even want!! At that point I just wanted to get out of there. He covered my ripped off nail with an acrylic base nail, and did the dip powder. Not wanting to complain about the service since I was in so much pain and because the pedicure was decent, I left. Not even four hours later putting my child in his car seat and my thumbnail fractured!! I called to complain and ask for my money back for the dip but the manager tried to tell me my nails were messed up to begin with and blamed me?! I cannot believe the lack of customer service and professionalism!! If you don’t know what dip powder is or how to remove it DO NOT ADVERTISE THAT YOU KNOW HOW TO DO IT!! ladies, beware. They are all rude, and only want your money with no accountability for their services. Charging so much for a dip you shouldn’t rip your customers nails off!!! DO NOT COME HERE! Now I have to find a way to fix my nails and hope I dont get an infection from all the many cuts I have and my ripped nail bed. Don’t be fooled by the pictures. My nail beds are just as red as my nails.

Tiffany was rude and unprofessional. She was yanking my nails off that only needed a fill. And she knew it was just a fill. She was rude to walk-in customers, the people that worked there, and to me. I don’t frequent that establishment and you can bet I never will again. Acrylic nails

Really nice employees & very clean salon. I think some of the other reviews on here are overly dramatic and false. None of the workers here ever seemed rude to me. They all just seem focused on their job which is fine with me. The babygirl Harper is also so cute and I don’t mind that she’s there! Henry does an amazing job with dip powder and David gives great massages when you get a pedi. They do get busy but i think it’s worth it. I have two salons i go to and this one is one of them. I also love that they all are perfectionists when it comes to their nail work too. ✨ I’ll be back more often. Thank you, Harper Nail Salon!

The first time I went in, I made an appointment for gel on my fingers and toes. I asked them if they would be able to have it done in an hour. They said “yes”. I went in and they were so over booked I waited in the waiting area for 20 minutes. I knew waiting that long we wouldn’t have time to do both my finger and toes (they clearly didn’t have two technicians to spare) so I had them just do my fingers. The second time I went in, I made an appointment and told them I needed gel on my fingers and toes. Again, asked them if they could do both in an hour. They said “yes”. I showed up and they had a packed salon. I waited 10 minutes before I was seated. 40 minutes in, I still didn’t have my polish taken off. I asked them if we would be done in 20 minutes. They said “no”. No apology or explanation or even a solution. I asked them to finish up because I had to make another appointment. They let me walk out with new polish (not even a clear coat), the old polish partly on, not buffed and very upset. It’s sad really, this place has potential. The color selection is nice and the facility has newer equipment. Unfortunately, it’s poorly managed. You should never walk away from a nail salon with nails that look worse then when you went in.

Awesome Service . There design for kids are a little flower which is totally adorable ❤️. There people are very nice. Their colors are awesome and if you want your gel nails done fast this is a place I totally recommend.

Nice place but pricey. The girl who did my toes was very sweet and did a great job. However the gel nails on my fingers chipped the day after which never happens. That’s why I pay extra for gel instead of just nail polish. Not sure if it’s the brand they are using or just bad luck. Would be willing to try them again as the place is beautiful and the workers are kind.

HORRIBLE! The service was a joke, lady had her daughter then and interrupted my manicure three times, cut me while doing so. No apologies but as red put out we were there in the first place. I asked her a question and she ignored me. I was quoted on my daughters nails and got the prices ahead of time so I knew how much it would be. Got to the cash register charged me an extra $20 even after I told her that’s not what she quoted me. I just paid it instead of getting into an argument after her giving me an attitude and challenging me. Had to wait longer than expected.
