Oh my God I had the best pedicure ever they use hot rocks for massage and they have them massage chair that you sit in while you get your pedicure amazing definitely suggest you choose this place to go to. My daughter got her nails and toes painted and they painted flowers on them for free.

I absolutely love the Ladies here. They are kind and engaging. The food shows on the tv are always entertaining. They are patient and whenever I bring a picture in they let me know if it’s something they are able to do and if not they are willing to help me find something else. I’ve only ever had to go a different direction once but was still very excited and loved my nails. I can’t go anywhere else. The atmosphere is very lovely and friendly. I highly recommend.

So when I first moved to the area, I had my nails done with a gel over lay. It peeled off I about a week. During the service I inquired about another service. The young girl working at the location was very rude and bossy. The restroom was not clean and the sanitation area was cluttered with open food containers and it was dusty and dirty. I didn’t complain, because of course we don’t want to hurt a business. I went back another time just to try them out again and the young girl did not provide good or decent customer service. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

I’m new to the area. I was driving by on mission gorge and saw Santee Nail shop. I called to make an appointment and have been coming here ever since. The salon is clean and the staff is friendly. I got a fill a couple of weeks ago and because of covid, my service was outside. They had the pop up canopies outside to provide shade. They have all the proper PPE on and they take your temperature at the door. Overall, this is the best nail salon in the area. I am so happy I found my new nail spot that is so close to home.

I’ve been coming here off and on for years. I don’t get my nails done regularly but when I do I come here. They are so sweet and do great work, if for any reason you’re not satisfied they make it right. Very clean too!

I’ve been here a few times and I’ve always had good experiences when Brit or Nikki does my nails but the last 2 times I’ve gone, a lady with very short hair and kind of boyish clothes did my nails. I don’t know what her name was but she’s not very experienced and both time I’ve had her I wasn’t happy with the result and when I got my nails done on st Patrick’s Day my thumb nail fell off the same night I was going to get it fixed the following morning but my fingers hurt and I noticed small cuts around my cuticle on multiple fingers so when my nails are finished healing I will be finding a new place to go
