My daughter and I have been to many nail salons, and Harmony is the best by far!

Really enjoyed my spa pedicure. My technician was very precise and did an amazing job. The staff is so sweet and fun to be around. Would def be back! Pedicure

I tried this place out for the first time last Saturday. I orginally went in for a SNS fill and was told that they do not do fills. They do Dip/SNS manicures, because of issues covering the old color. I agreed to get a new set but wished I had either tied another location or just done the fill. In just 1 week my nails are peeling, the color is dull and several nails are lumpy and not smooth. The experience was not horrible but it also was not pleasant. I felt uncomfortable because I wanted a fill and then decided I wanted to get tips on all nails. Two different ladies on the first row both worked on my nails because I guess 1 didn’t remove nail polish and the other didn’t know how to add tips, since I wanted to put tips back on to protect my nails. This place was what I consider to be expensive because a full set of SNS cost me $63. Not including the tip I should not have left. I will not be returning or recommending this shop.

Not a good experience for me. Both the pedicure and the SNS dipping powder took about 20 mins each. Perhaps they were overbooked and rushed the process. I am not happy with the quality of my nails.

I checked the hours of this nail salon prior to going and saw they didn’t close until 8pm. I got there at 715pm and was told they close at 730 and was asked to come back another day. I went back another day and got there at 640pm and was told they close at 700pm (and then another lady chimed in and said No we close at 730) and requested me to come back another day. The service is not consistent. I am giving 2 stars based on Emye’s service as she’s the only one saving them. She was great.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI used to really love this salon even though the prices are pretty high because the quality was worth it. Unfortunately times have changed. I went today to get a pedicure, manicure with gel polish, and decided to splurge and treat myself to a facial that was supposed to tone and moisturize. The technician left the room at least five times during my facial and the facial consisted of her rubbing oil on my face and then a quick mud mask. The best part of that was the scalp massage however it wasn’t worth $60! Not to mention my face feels more dried out than it did when I went in. Add to that…. Imagine my surprise when I went to pay and I was informed that the technician decided to give me $10 off my pedicure since I am an amputee and only have one leg. When I told her that one leg should equate to half the price she shook her head and told me no they don’t do it that way but they were willing to give me $10 off of the $50 pedicure…. I told her she would have to explain to me how they justified that price and she answered simply with that’s what we charge. I ended up paying half price because I am persistent but that led to all of the technicians standing in a circle talking to one another in their language looking at me as I packed up my stuff to go. I’m very disappointed that I even had to go through the embarrassment of having the conversation in front of other customers about why I didn’t think I should have to pay full price when I only have one leg. When the quality of the service has gone as downhill as this salon has it is shocking to me that they still charge the outrageous prices that they do but to be so blatantly unfair and disrespectful is a whole new level of disappointment. Never again!I used to really love this salon even though the prices are pretty high because the quality was worth it. Unfortunately times have changed. Critical: QualityI had dip nails, it took 1 1/2 hours. Within 3 days, my nails started to crack. I went in a week later to have them fixed, costing me another hour. She filled them with acrylic even though I asked her and she said it was dip. They were very kind and fixed them without a problem but I had to get color on my nails even though I had paid for a French, which is more expensive. When I got them removed from a different salon, the girl asked why I had dip and acrylic. I also discovered fungus had grown on 5 nails where they had done the acrylic fill. Unfortunately, it’s not my first negative experience here and I will not be back.Service: ManicureI had dip nails, it took 1 1/2 hours. Within 3 days, my nails started to crack. I really want to give them 4 stars I do. I got a pedicure and manicure done. I went in with no apt, everyone was very nice and I had no wait. I was excited to see they have a great selection of SNS colors. I feel like they are still working out how to properly apply it. It’s not as smooth or nicely shaped as what I’ve gotten do at another salon I the Burke area, and I have a feel placed on my skin where the material is. It’s not a bad job and overall I’ll go again but I’m hoping they practice the application a little more for me to be a repeat customer. It would also be nice for a bit of a dusting and wipe down and the inside would feel really spa like.

I have been here twice now and both times I have bled. The first time I was cut on one of my toes and the second time I was cut on one toe and three fingers. My nails look decent but not worth the cuts I have received. I would not recommend this place to a friend.

Update: Still 5 stars!!! Today, I treated myself to a champagne & rose pedicure. I also got a Dip manicure again. Fantastic experience for both services.
