I booked a 3:30 appointment. I was running late and called to let them know I’d be two minutes late. They took another client in in those two minutes and told me to come back in an hour. Then she texted me and told me that the massage was only for “relaxing” and couldn’t help me with my medical needs. When asked if she was licensed, she simply said that it was just for relaxation. She does not understand English, and I ask you, how can you do this job without being able to communicate effectively with your clients. Do not book here. This business is obviously scammy.

Online booking was pointless and website doesn’t tell you that they are currently only taking one person at a time. Additionally they only take cash. Ended up not getting the massages I booked here because its 2021 and I don’t carry cash.

I made reservations online for my mom and I, it was going to be a surprise for her. When we got there the women said she was with someone and she doesnt get notifications. At 1st she said it would be 20 mins. When we said we would wait she said it would be an hr. I was so disappointed because I had planned this surprise for my mom in advance.
