I have a short hair cute and thin edges. The setting is very personal and one on one environment. I received a relaxer and in the process, Shaka was very consistent while checking on me making sure I was burning or anything. She offers professional products for your hair. She washed and conditioned me. Set me under the dryer while still making sure everything was ok. Molded me down and was on my way. Overall the customer service was great, environment was very nice.
