Critical: Professionalism, QualityFyi I went here with my husband and the massage was okay, so we were going to give a 20% tip BUT the massage therapist demanded a MANDATORY $20 EACH. No where in their policy does it say mandatory tip. It left a really bad impression on us. Will not be coming back.

The sign in the window said $50 for 60 min for massage. I went in and they were only offering $40 for 30 minutes. I asked if they would honor the advertised deal. They said no. I walked out.

Don’t go here! Customer service was poor from the start. I disregarded that which I regret and went through with the massage. Worst mistake. Lady was very rough with me, at one point it was like she was trying to make me feel pain. After session she asked for a tip, i refused her and she went on to say tips are mandatory. Her assistant then tried to belittle me by saying “dont you tip when you get facial or nails done?!” I said, “no because I don’t get facials or my nails done and two tips never need to be mandatory and are only left to support quality. I left feeling more tense and uncomfortable then when I went in, horrible spa will never go again.
