Critical: PunctualityMy mom booked two appointments 5 days in advance for pedicures for 5:30 as Christmas gift. We arrived at 5:28 and were told they were running a little behind. No big deal. We sat for half an hour waiting when they seated 3 new people in the pedicure chairs. (They are only open another hour at this point) we inquired as to how much longer the wait would be, another half hour…. Very unprofessional to say you are running a little behind when you are at least an hour behind. Also to leave a customer sitting who had a scheduled appointment that long when you could have called them to give a heads up or to reschedule. The lack of a regard for other peoples time is disappointing.
