Laura is super awesome! I’ve been coming here for about 5 months now, even for my first Brazilian. She made sure I was comfortable and keeps the conversation going, which is a great distraction. (Brazilians are NOT like the viral videos at all, hardly any pain, and you can say GOODBYE to ever shaving again!) She does perfect on my eyebrows which have been difficult to deal with thanks to a scar right below my brow. Highly recommend – great service, price, and environment!

I was immediately greeted and was told I share a name of some one she knew. And that’s what it felt like! Not only is this the best wax I have had but she made me feel so comfortable. She’s amazing. I had lost a bet and had to wax my mid section front and back (long story don’t ask lol) she treated me with the care of a professional, but also with a care of a friend making small talk so its not hella awkward. She also does my tattoo sleeve, making it look look MUCH better than me having to use a razor and cutting myself. 100% would recommend for anyone looking and feeling 100%

First appointment was booked online, it said 50% cancellation fee. After my first appointment she booked me 3 weeks out to the day I was supposed to come back, didn’t ask me what time worked for me, just gave me a choice between 2 different times. I thought it was a little aggressive but I understood she was running her business. She never verbalized the cancellation fee in person nor did she mention a 100% policy for no shows (this is also not on her website). I have a new phone and unsaved numbers messages aren’t coming through for some reason. I was hoping to reschedule within the same week and tip for the inconvenience but after realizing she’s charged me for this situation I will not be going back. I’m certain I’m not the only one this happens to and it’s unfortunate because I was going to become a regular customer but when a business owner fails to make their policies clear and misunderstandings like this occur, it pushes me as a customer away. I know this happens to other people and she doesn’t mind because she knows whether or not – she’s getting paid, rather than truly wanting to retain a customer. $60 for an appointment I didn’t show up for is not worth what I would’ve been paying monthly as a customer.

Went in for a Brazilian after not getting waxed in years so this was basically my first time all over again. She was so nice and personable! So professional and checked in frequently to make sure I was doing ok. Very knowledgeable and answered any question I had. Even sent a follow up text with aftercare instructions! I was super nervous, but had such a great experience. And you can’t argue with the results! Everything is super smooth and nothing got missed. She did a through job! Plus, there was a lot of parking nearby so it’s very convenient. I highly recommend!!
