The girl that did my nails did an AWESOME job & was SO SWEET! This is honestly my favorite set of nails (the black & silver set) I’ve ever had & that’s saying a lot. The pedicures are pretty good. Depends on who you get honestly. They were able to make my toe feel SO much better by removing an ingrown toenail that I had. Next time I go, I will be sure and ask the sweet lady’s name that did my nails last time I went & come back & add it.

I have gone here for a full set and then a fill. This is the first time I have gotten my nails done and didn’t experience any lifting or loss of nails. I am extremely hard on nail, so I didn’t realize they could actually last like this. I have always given up on them after one or two sets, but with Happy Nials I am actually keeping up with it. I have gone a little over a month with each set and I am so happy with the price and quality.

Critical: Professionalism, QualityI have been a customer for years and this time my usual person (Vincent) was not available so I went to the guy who sat in front of him. This guy was VERY RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL to me and any other customer who was there!! It was Christmas Eve and he started singing in a Christmas tune “I wish the customers would go home, I wish the customers would go home”. After being super rough with my nails and not paying attention to the quality of them, because the middle finger is thicker than any other nail, he asked me if I liked his song. I told him that it was bad for business and after singing it so much I felt disrespected. When people come to your business and spend money, if you don’t want to do their nails than call into work like any other person. No one is forcing you to be at work. But don’t make the customers feel uncomfortable because you mad you have to work on Christmas Eve. That’s bad business and I will be letting anyone I know that goes their about this horrible experience. I should have just waited for Vincent or made an appointment And I usually tip $10-$20 but this time I tipped nothing. The whole thing should have been free with that horrible le experience.
