Overall, they accommodate me fast. But I didn’t liked the results. The acrylic it’s too tick and as you see in the pictures the nails look weird and the charge me $95 for this. First time in my life I Pat that much for acrylic nails with design. They should pay more attentions to details if there gonna be so expensive.

Went in today after buying the Groupon deal for encapsulated nails. Yasmin was my nail tech and I absolutely love my nails. The nail techs are mostly Spanish speaking but she was able to get what I wanted even with my very broken Spanish lol. Thank you! Acrylic nails

I got a gel mani and pedi from them on sat the very next day my chipped. So I came in the next morning and when I walked in absolutely no one acknowledged me. I sat down and the lady at the front desk was on the phone for 5 min having a conversation not related to work. I finally got her attention to let her know I need a repair. She put her finger up and said hold on I’m on the phone. I waited another 7 min and I watched her walk over to one of the the nail techs sit down and proceed to get her nails done chatting and still never acknowledged me. I finally walked over like hey I just need one finger repair. She said you need to wait. I asked was it normal for an employee on the clock to get her nails done before a client and she said that her boss on the phone said she could get her nails done. They finally sat me. The older lady fixed my nail which looked horrible and they still charged me 5$ for a regular gel fix that got I got done less than 24 hours before. The attitude of the lady at the first chair was unacceptable. This was about my 5th time coming to the salon. And I will never come back.

Rude and nasty employees. My last appointment was canceled upon arrival & their new employee Yency said she didn’t appreciate my attitude when I was obviously upset at their lack of communication. There are so many other great salons around the way like Say My Nail and Larys Salon. Please don’t give business to unprofessional idiots.

Favorite nail salon in the area. Atmosphere is bright & soothing, stations clean, the girls are pleasant, high end OPI nail polish, pedi has hot stone massage, prices just right. Open 7 days, parking is easy. Always a relaxing, positive experience.

Went here for the first time and it was not a welcoming environment. They only spoke to and acknowledged their regular customers. I went in for gel manicure and pedi let’s just say they took a king time doing my nails and I never got my pedicure done they didn’t even ask about it once my nails were done just gave me the check. Will not be returning
