Pretty long wait since there were just 2 workers. Nail shape was fine and so were the employees. The paint job was absolutely terrible. French tip was not what I showed on the picture. Please get a French tip tool like Top Nails.

My cousin and I each got full sets here and it was an awful experience. We were the only ones in the shop and when we sat down the guy who did my work was rough. I bled from the file and the curing lamp burned both our fingers. The lady working on my cousin straight up told her no when she asked for a certain shape and kept turning around to watch the TV while doing her nails. My guy laid the polish on so thick we still can’t get the nails off. Never going back here. $110 for bs.

I went there to Happy Nails and Spa I went early I was the first one there so there was no wait time for me and when I went there my nails was where and long and I wanted them actually to be more wanted to and he did exactly what I wanted like if you see them doing something that you’re not comfortable with stop them before they even continue just let them know how you want your nails done and they will get it done for you if you feel like they not doing the right then tell them what you want show them it is not all bad reviews with them I love it I went early so I don’t have no wait time you going to pretty much have wait time if you go in the evening time or getting off of work of course

Nothing happy about this salon.. we were there for over 2 hours, which honestly I was not upset about. What upset me was being skipped over by a women that had been there 30min. I ended up leaving without getting a pedicure, but I did get an hour and half chair massage and my feet grew three sizes LOL! This place obviously has regulars, but they need to be by appointment only with one 2 workers. We won’t be back.

Took my daughter to get her nails for the first time. The lady made my daughter’s cuticles bleed. Never said sorry or anything. Did such a horrible job on mine that I went home and redid them myself. Then they over charged me. We got the Mani/pedi combo which is priced for $37 a person…I was charged $50 a person…we will never be back. I wish there was a zero rating.

Great service, very diligent. I got acrylics that were well filed and a pedicure that took care of my calluses and ingrowns. Very good. Will return

I enjoy the friendly sarcastic sparing between nail tech and myself. If you don’t enjoy teasing and friendly banter, make sure not to get the owner as your nail tech. The fountain inside is peaceful also.

This is ABSOLUTE WORSTED PLACE I HAVE HAD MY NAILS DONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!: ( Because of my job I am able to work around the country and so I’m able to visit many different types of nail shops with many different types of people. I have NEVER experienced prejudice from the Asian/Korean/Filipino ect… Community until today. I’m not saying that it doesn’t exist because I wouldn’t be writing this message…. HAPPY NAILS in Arkansas (Crossett) has left me with a VERY UNHAPPY Experience… I feel it is a very sad/bad thing to put one race of people over another when you yourself is of a different race… I feel that when you have paying customers it should be first come first served unless the has an appointment but that’s not the case here.. It’s First White First Served! And if you think that this about me needing one nail fixed.. it’s not… Because I would have gotten them all changed simply because you didn’t have what I normally get.. But your atmosphere let me that I didn’t belong in your shop.. I guess My Money wasn’t the Right Color!!!!
