Critical: CleanlinessI’ve been going to this place since I was a senior in high school. I absolutely used to LOVE going to this particular place! But I recently went a few days ago, and I’ve come to the conclusion they are very unsanitary. When I went, a client was there before me… once she left and it was my turn, the owner told me to get in the chair, but I noticed she did not sanitize the chair since we have to lay our heads back on the cushion. I asked her to wipe it down and once she did, she started on my brows. Which were WONDERFUL, she did them exactly how I always ask. But only problem is, I have a break out around my eyebrows and in the middle of my forehead.. I’ve been going to this place since I was a senior in high school. I absolutely used to LOVE going to this particular place! But I recently went a few days ago, and I’ve come to the conclusion they are very unsanitary. I ask them to not make them too thin and every time they do not listen. One of them now noticeably higher than the other and when i told them that she did not offer a good solution and no refund was given. She made my eyebrows uneven. I have gone there more than once thinking it would get better and it never has. I ask them to not make them too thin and every time they do not listen. Critical: Quality, ValueI got my eyebrows threaded. They were fully grown out (I have thick brows) and halfway through the service she said I had a gap. She put it there. Under one of my eyebrows is red and irritated. I got my eyebrows threaded. They were fully grown out (I have thick brows) and halfway through the service she said I had a gap. She put it there. Under one of my eyebrows is red and irritated. They are uneven and I definitely wouldn’t recommend because I came in with thick brows and left with something that looks like it was drawn on with a pencil.

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueI always have a great experience. The waiting area is nice and clean. The women are always courteous and kind. My eyebrows are nice and neat. It takes less than 10 minutes and I was out the door and on my way. They offer an array of services and the prices are reasonable. I am a customer for life!

Critical: ProfessionalismI have been getting my eyebrows threading for years. This was the worst place I have ever been. The older lady on the far right who did mines was rude, she was rough, and inconsiderate. She pinched my skin the entire time she was threading my eyebrows. She seen theT it was hurting but she continued being very rough and rude. Not to mention she put lash glue all in my eyes and after I told her she poked me in my eyes with a q tip… overall it was horrid my eyes are red and I had to soak the lashes off and I have pain around my eye brows where she was pulling the thread so tightly…. I have been getting my eyebrows threading for years. This was the worst place I have ever been. The older lady on the far right who did mines was rude, she was rough, and inconsiderate. She pinched my skin the entire time she was threading my eyebrows. She seen theT it was hurting but she continued being very rough and rude. I decided to check it out.When I arrived, they had a sign on their door about the steps they are taking to keep themselves and customers safe. They wore masks and encouraged their customers to wear them also. They sanitized my face before and after threading. As always, I was pleased with the results. I have never had a bad experience. Clean and quick service. The staff are professional and kind! This is the only place I will go for brows.
