I have been to happy nails 2 separate times. The first time, they left my acrylics so thick my nail beds were aching to the point I cried until I had it corrected at another salon 2 days later. I went again last week in a pinch before my sisters baby shower. I paid $60 with tip and had to reshape the nails myself and file down around my cuticle area because the tech didn’t pay attention to the gel polish drying to my skin or bothering to care enough to check when doing the final filing. not even 6 days later 1 has broken almost taking my nail with it and the rest are lifting significantly at the cuticle. The gel top coat also started peeling off within 2 to 3 days after the manicure, which never happens even with my work. I would 100% recommend not going to this nail salon for anything of quality.

I’ve been going here about 3 months now and I have not had any issues the staff is fairly friendly there the prices are normal and as long as you make an appointment you should be taken as soon as they have an open person, whenever I get my nails done here I never look at them and dislike the way they look they normally nail it for me. I recommend if ur looking for a quiet, friendly and beautiful Salon to go here

I love coming here. The staff are always friendly. I’ve never had a bad experience. Last time I went I made an appointment a few days in advance but still had to wait a little bit for a seat to open up. It’s just a nice experience.

Me, my little sister, and her friend all got manicures one day and decided to go back and get pedicures and both times were great!! The manicures came out wonderful and the pedicures were relaxing. One of the girls had Dan and he was very funny and treated us very well! We love it and would highly recommend!

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueThe employees are very rude, with awful customer service. I was with 3 other people, and none of them talked to us. One nail tech cut my sister on her big toe nail. My sister said oh you cut me. she ignored her , then my sister said it again , the girl then pulled out a cotton ball with acetone on it and put it over her cut big toe. My sister again told her it was hurting , she ignored her. So i had to loudly tell the lady she was hurting her!! She is cut! There was no sorry said as blood was dripping down my sisters toe. So 118 dollars later for a deluxe and premium pedicure we left NOT happy. The employees are very rude, with awful customer service. I was with 3 other people, and none of them talked to us. One nail tech cut my sister on her big toe nail.
