This place is such a gem! I had the pleasure of being able to shop in while I was visiting family in Arizona. The owner and stylist Karen was amazing! Very knowledgeable, kind, and funny. The time passed so fast and I felt at home. I went in for a traditional trim and press but Karen examined my hair and notified me I needed a deep conditioning… which I knew! But she offered it on the house this time. Now that’s a hat I call great customer service! I can’t wait to go back the next time I’m in town.
