Positive: QualityThis was the first time I visited this nail salon. I was very pleased with the service, cleanliness, and quality. This salon has a very friendly staff. You know how at some salons, when you walk in and everyone looks at you, you feel judged!? Not this place. They immediately greeted me and were very polite and friendly. Sharon did my nails (full set) for me and she did a wonderful job. She took her time and made sure everything was symmetrical, evenly filed, and perfectly shaped. She didn’t overly apply acrylic, which gives that super thick, heavy, fake looking nail. Instead, she gave me thinner nails which gives a more natural look and feel, which I think turned out beautiful. I also loved how gentle she was with the electric filers. I have very sensitive fingernail beds and thin fingernails… she did not hurt me, not even once! I told her I needed a natural looking nail because I work in the military and they are pretty strict about what we are allowed to do with our nails as far as colors and shapes go… she did a wonderful job and I absolutely love how they turned out. I saved her card and will definitely be back to see her for all my nail needs. There was another lady sitting next to me having a full set done by a gentleman who works there and her nails also turned out beautiful. She seemed very happy with hers as well. I don’t have a photo of her nails, but she chose a pretty glitter color over her full set and they were just gorgeous. The first time I went for a pedicure they did amazing. Came back for a second time for a manicure/pedicure, they were busy but I waited. The young lady that did my nails made them look great.2 days later and I’ve got a nail bed infection on my left hand because something wasn’t sterilized this has never happened anywhere else. The gel polish is already peeling as well. Not sure what happened but very disappointed with my second visit and won’t be returning.
