I wish I could give half star. I went here for my manifest and pedicure. They did powder dipping nails. It was closing time so they rushed my nails. I paid even extra for stickers which I was not told that they will charge the extra. Even after paying tons of extra money that nails lasted for “ONE WHOLE WEEK”. Quality is really poor here. Not worth paying money for powder dipping nails. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to go here. After just a week paint started to fall off. Literally lasted for one week.

So my first experience at this place was average. They were incredibly busy and possibly short staffed. They seemed a bit tired but still accomodated my walk-in request. They asked me to come back in an hour which was fine because I lived nearby. I received a dip powder manicure even though I had asked for acrylic and the technician acted like she didnt understand me. I liked the overall look so I paid and walked away. Over 2 weeks, 2 of the nails just popped off which was dissapointing and speaks to the quality of the work.

I don’t get my nails done often – but I think this place is my fav nail salon, the woman who was doing my nails was really nice, she was very gentle, and my acrylics look awesome! Would highly recommend this place for anyone in the Redmond area looking for a great nail salon

I’ve seen worst so I give them at least 3 stars for effort. The first experience wasn’t great. The technician gave me dip instead of acrylic as she acted as if she didn’t understand me. I let it slide because it’s possible it was a communication barrier. The second time was great! But the third time is final. I got a luxury pedicure and did not receive the stones. They kept changing technicians because they were trying to tend to multiple customers at once instead of just not taking more customers and focusing on quality instead of quantity. The technician who had left and was working on someone else lied as if she completed the stone portion. She may have forgotten because of distractions but I won’t be going back. I don’t enjoy paying for incomplete services. The problem is… they need consistent quality workers or they will lose for sure.

THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. I had my nails done 2 days ago here but there was issue so I came back this lady who is pregnant was so patient, and nice, and acceptance, it’s Sunday afternoon she stayed late to finish my entire hand with new set and color . I can’t appreciate her enough . And also she did best job on my nail that I haven’t seen for so long.

I highly recommend this nail salon in Redmond for everyone. I have been a loyal customer of this salon and observing their services since my first day I came there. This nail salon has been changed to a new owner. The services and products have been greatly impproved. They offer all type of nail and eye lashes services: regular, shellac, powder, fill, dip, etc. The staff is super friendly, thoughful, and professional. You will find a relaxing and peaceful vibe in here, which differentiates between the salon from most of the others in the local area and the ones that I have been too. All of the equipments are sanatized carefully. The staff is highly concentrate on their works to make sure their customers satisfied and happy. If you are living in the Redmond or nearby areas, I highly suggest to go visit the place.

Edit: 3 star to 1 star because fake positive reviews. Recent reviews are all suspicious, with random names only having 2-3 reviews of this salon + exact same other ones within the same week. I doubt multiple people got their nails done at Bliss Nails or Deview in California then came up to Redmond for this place five days later.
