1st time having my nails done professionally for a very long time (over 30 years). I’ve had basic manicures, that is all. Had tips added and a dip. I’d grade the job about a C. They are filed a little uneven and the powder color is missing at the edge of the nails. Still the job was ok. The station the gentleman worked at was dirty! Having to look at the dirt, old powder, dust, dirty clear face guard will make you think of that instead of how good your nails are. A clean station will make anything look better. Not sure if I will be back.

Took my mom here to spoil her a bit and when the owner heard that’s what I was doing he rolled out ALL THE GOODS. What a fantastic experience and top notch treatment. Not only was the owner friendly and hilarious the other employees were also fantastic. It’s was very clean and well kept. The prices were very reasonable and there were lots of options for any budget. The massages were the best part of the deluxe package but honestly the whole thing was beyond worth it. Well run and we felt very satisfied. We will be making it a tradition every time I visit. Thanks Happy Nails!

Critical: Punctuality, Quality, ValueI made an appt 2 weeks in advance fo come and get a manicure and pedicure with get before I have my baby and I was wanting and specified when making the appt I wanted the special spa pedicure-listed as this on their website- and I got there and they were so behind! I didn’t even get started on till almost an hour after my appt time. They were in such a hurry to get through everyone, they did such a fast pedicure with hardly any massage and none of the options that I wanted from the pedicure I specified I wanted. They did a bad job at painting. I could’ve done better on myself. I have gel polish stuck to my fingers and the color doesn’t cover the entire nail bed. They cut me several times with the cuticle removers. I was not impressed at all and will not be back. So disappointing cause I have been looking forward to a nice pamper day before baby comes and it was not that. I made an appt 2 weeks in advance fo come and get a manicure and pedicure with get before I have my baby and I was wanting and specified when making the appt I wanted the special spa pedicure-listed as this on their website- and I got there and they were so behind! Terrible terrible. Terrible! Do not use these people for manicure or pedicure.. we made an appointment for 3 o’clock. We got there at 2:45. We left at 3:20 with no services rendered they kept saying oh we will get to you in a minute. This is the second time this has happened. These people do not know how to run a business, nor do they speak very good English..

Went in for a pedicure and a manicure. Started with the pedicure with a slender gentleman who appeared not to know how to do a pedicure or not work intentional. I did tell him he needed to push the cuticle back and then got disturbed. Called another lady to do the job. Was going to proceed with the manicure as Jenny did a favorable job. Read reviews and thought being out of town and agonizing over this service if not up to standard would not be worth me spending my $ so I opt out of manicure. Would leave this to my regular professionals.
