Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueHorrible horrible experience I do not recommend anyone go there!!!!! I went to get a gel mani n pedi yesterday and today my nails are cracked and look horrible have an event to go to today and I went back so they can fix and tells me they can’t until 5 or an appointment to call back and I tell the man I have an event and need them fixed again starts telling me they can’t until 5 and I tell him I have an event to be at and can’t do it then. The man proceeds to tell me that I’m acting crazy and I’m a queen and everyone should stop what their doing to tend to me. So I tell him your calling me crazy and I told him I’m not acting crazy because I could cause a scene and he tells me ” what you want me to do” I told him to accommodate and fix and not have to wait until 5 or the next day. I asked for a refund and he laughed at me and said no one would do that. I walked out and told them I would never go back and will not recommend to anyone either he proceeding to laugh at me. Very horrible experience and now I have to pay someone else to fix my nails so they don’t look horrible for my event.Response to the owner!! First of all I did not demand to be atended to immediately as I saw everyone was busy but to be told to come back in two hours when I had an event to be in in two hours how did tht help me and instead I had to go to my event with horrible looking nails and the next day is unacceptable and unprofessional. I would’ve gladly waited until someone was finished but instead the customer service tht I was given was horrible and also to be told I’m being crazy is truly rude which I did not deserve that or even to be told I am a queen oh and especially to be laughed at!! Horrible horrible experience I do not recommend anyone go there!!!!!
