Came here when living in Hershey for the summer. There sometimes is a long wait, even with an appointment but they do a BEAUTIFUL job. Their acrylics look perfectly natural and elegant. We had appointments for 4:00. They didn’t acknowledge us as we waited until 4:20. I finally asked when we would begin ours treatments because we had appointments. We were told another 30 minutes. If we weren’t there with little girls who were excited to get 1st day of school manis& pedis,I would have never waited that long.They didn’t begin our services until 5:00. One full hour after our appointment times. They never asked what type of pedis we were wanted. They just started. Awful way to run a service based business. We’ll go to Melt Spa next time.

If I could rate it 0 stars I would. I believe the photograph I provided speaks for its self. I never write reviews but considering this nail salon is located on Hershey avenue and in a well known professional area, you would expect the service to be professional & have technicians who are accommodating and aware of what they are doing when handling nails. The cuts on my fingers are from the nail file. My technician kept filing my finger and not my nail & because of that it resulted in cuts on my fingers. This was a result because when you file, you cause friction in that area. I constantly told her that it hurt and she was cutting me and don’t get me wrong, she felt bad but came up with the excuse that my skin is sensitive and there is nothing she could do about it. My skin is not sensitive and this has never happened to me before in ALL of the times I got my nails done. Also they tried to fix the problem by putting nail glue on to stop the bleeding, & then continued to cut me. I have 12 cuts. I managed to get 15$ off but I had to ask.

I just had the best experience here! The person that did my nails was so sweet and I felt like I was getting my nails done by a great friend! She also really took her time and put a lot of effort into making sure it looked good! 5/5 if I could give more stars I would 🙂

Really enjoyed this salon! They did a great job and prices were great. I wish they would keep you with the people you came with though, usually you are there to talk and if you are seperated it ruins that. Will definitely return!
