I have never had such a horrible experience. I just paid $93. Waited for hours had 5 different people stop to work on my nails and the second some else walked in they would leave with out notice and work on someone else. My nails were long and thick and they just cut them all off. They dint do anything right. My nails look disgusting and it’s ridiculous that they even change me. I hope the manager does some damage control because no customer should have to walk out of there the way I did.

This was my first time coming here and I had such a good experience. I had one nail tech try and achieve what I wanted and they were having issues and then this wonderful gentleman stepped in and helped achieve what I wanted. Everyone at this establishment were very friendly and the environment was clean. Overall it was a good experience.

My second visit and still disappointed as in the first the first visit Nails ended up not smooth very wobbly looking and not Street try to give them a second chance and this time they don’t even get the same color right as in the picture I show them and once again, it’s very wobbly and the nails are not straight and they don’t match I highly do not recommend using this facility seeing there is no simple talent into doing the basic nail art and they can’t even get that right even when asked about the color being different no acknowledgment to what I was trying to express to them if you want to waste your time and your money, give them a shot

The gentleman who always wears overalls was horrible to me. He tried accusing me of trying to get a free eye brow wax and made me pay him before I could even get the wax ,and he didn’t even do them. When the lady was done with my eyebrows who did not understand English very well tried to charge me again for a wax. Also he yelled at me when I wanted to take the foam

A friend of mine referred me here and I’m SOO happy that she did. My step daughter and I go on bi-weekly mother daughter “dates” and my usual salon charges so much more for the same service (we even got our shoulders and hands massaged here). It’s absolutely beautiful and calming inside and the staff is beyond polite. I HIGHLY recommend!
