Happy Foot Massage

Critical: Communication, Professionalism, QualityTo start with, I waited over 24 hours to write my review when I wasn’t so mad. For all intents and purposes; this visit was awful.I will start from the beginning. I checked their website to verify services and prices. I called 3 days in advance to make an appointment for my wife and I for the foot massage and the additional 30 minutes for arms, neck & shoulders with 2 female therapists. Our appointment was for 2pm. We arrived at 1:30 and waited for a full minute before someone came up to greet us. We said we were early and were fine waiting till 2 if they were busy. Apparently they did not have us down for an appointment. The prices in the business was higher than what was online; and they would not honor those prices. There was 1 male and 1 female there working. The female was already in the back working on someone. After another minute or 2, the female came out and said the guy she was working on decided to add another hour after they started. At 1:45, they took us around the wall from the front and got us seated on the chair/table for the foot massage. At about 2:20, he got us started on the foot soak. At 2:30, he started on my wife. After about 5 minutes she came out and started on me. Some time after it got started, someone else came in to get a 30 minute chair massage. The male employee said he could come back at 3:30, and he said okay, that he would be back. The female then got up and started yelling at the male, in their native language. She had said something about 10 minute massage to the customer; as if she wanted to take a break from me, and do that 1st.The foot massage was okay, everything else was disappointing.I have had much better service and more professional at Tao Foot Massage on N. Positive: Communication, Professionalism, QualityThe place from the outside kinda scared me but once Alisa started working on me I knew she was good. After she focused on everything that I had mentioned she still gave an excellent massage and was very professional. Definitely going back!!
