I did the $35 organic pedicure with shellac I ended up paying $45 but I didn’t care about that it was the pedicure IT SUCKED waste of money. The lady was in a rush so she went super fast by far the worst pedicure I have ever had!! I’m so disappointed. I was looking forward to this pedicure because I haven’t had one in over a month and they feel exactly the same!

Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI went here frequently before but I went last week with an appointment to get a fill and I waited an hour and a half because of walk ins which was fine I didnt even complain once but I would think with an appointment I would get in when I was scheduled or even a little after. Well then today one of my nails broke not even a week after I got them done. I went in to have it fixed and they turned me away because they were too busy but there wasn’t even anyone waiting. I was willing to wait but they asked me to come back another time. I messaged them to let them know of how unhappy I was and they told me that they kindly asked me to come back another time and acted as if they were not in the wrong spot for customer service. I LOVE LOVE LOVE Kara and the girls at Hanna Nails!! The pedicures are AMAZING (to the point where i have fallen asleep in the chair) and the manicures last so long!! I love this place! Their sanitation stations are visible to the clients (which is a huge relief!), they immediately clean the pedicure tubs and the salon is always very clean!

I have been going to Kara at Hanna nails for a few years now and I won’t go anywhere else! She always makes sure I get exactly what I am looking even if it means going above and beyond! They also squeeze me in short notice sometimes because they are very accommodating with my schedule! Even if I don’t get to see Kara I know that my experience will be just a great because the rest of the staff is very friendly and professional! 🙂

This is my new go to nail salon. Staff was friendly, and Kara did an A#1 job! They have not raised their prices due to the pandemic, like some other salons. Also, booking the appointment online was awesome. I absolutely recommend them.
