This was the absolute best massage and body therapy I’ve ever experienced. I’ve had chronic muscle pain for years and it had gotten worse the past three weeks. I went to a chiropractor… no improvement. I tried other massage services… left feeling worse. I decided to go to Lauren because I heard she is extremely knowledgeable in her profession. She was able to assess me and target certain muscles in the inflamed areas of my neck and back. It was the first time in my life I felt heard and understood. I sat up after the massage with so much relief and appreciation for her skills and ability to cure my body. She gave me recommendations and answered so many of my questions what was going on in my body. The office has a really relaxing and holistic vibe, she uses essential oils that felt amazing on my skin as well. I would HIGHLY recommend her services to you and anyone you know who wants a professional who knows what they are doing! She is a true healer. I will be a life long client of hers and I wish I had gone sooner!

I have been going to Lauren for a year now, in an effort to ease pain in my Achilles and take a more preventative approach to sports induced injury. She has been integral in my recovery process, and has essentially eliminated all pain in my Achilles.

I’ve been going to Lauren for almost 3 years now and she is the BEST! She has done wonders for my neck and back, and it amazes me how she’s able to uncover trouble spots I didn’t even know existed.
