I saw this business as recommended for things to do. I am from out of town and wanted to get my niece her first massage. We scheduled two appointments back to back on Mind Body. We arrived to a closed business. We knocked and called several times to no response. I would advise to not book because they are not monitoring Mind Body like a business normally would.

We showed up for our 11am appointment and then following a 1pm appointment because there was two of us. We arrive at this business with the doors being unlocked (so someone was here) we knock on the door to the office and no one answered, then we followed up with a phone call. We received no answer after doing both things multiple times. We stood in the lobby for 30 minutes with no answer. There was eventually no answer at all and we had to leave. We were very excited for this relaxing trip but we’re very disappointed when we were unable to get the massage done. This was very unprofessional and disappointing.

Extremely unprofessional and disorganized. I made a reservation in August for a couples massage in October through their website. The day of, no one was there. We waited twenty minutes, and the construction worker who was there informed us that no one was there that day. As we were about to leave, we ran into one of the employees, and she told us that not only did she not have our reservation on file, (even after showing her my confirmation email) but that we shouldn’t even be able to make an appointment online on their website. The person who we were supposed to get a massage from doesn’t even work there anymore! What is the point of being able to make appointments online if it’s not supposed to be used? So after showing proof of my appointment scheduled, there was absolutely no offer to reschedule, come in later, or anything. Just a simple, “Sorry, we can’t do anything. We’ll take notes and look into changes on our website.” Terrible customer service, professionalism, and not organized at all.

I have been a client of Hands-On Therapies for a few years now, and from my very first visit, I was hooked. Although I now make appointments with a specific therapist, the first several times I just requested anyone that had an opening and I was always impressed, never disappointed. Before finding Hands-On Therapies, I tried several other places in the area, only to leave with the thought that it wasn’t worth the money; that is definitely not the case here! The massage tables are extremely comfortable and the therapists are truly the best in their profession. Also a note – they have online scheduling available, which is very convenient when you realize at 10 o’clock at night that you could really use a massage. Speaking of, I’m going to schedule mine right now! Thank you, Hands-On Therapies!
