Positive: Professionalism, Quality, ValueHands down the BEST nails I have ever had. Not super thick, no gunk left under my nails, and they’re shaped perfect. Will defiantly be going back!Service: Acrylic nails

This place was dirty and their sterilization process is questionable as they only use a UV sterilizer but no ultrasonic cleaner that I could see. Also my pedicure was not worth the cost; literally onIy used a pumice once and trimmed my nails and cuticle work. would not recommend honestly. However they were nice and very polite and friendly.

Owner works alone…he doesn’t do fancy nail art but does a beautiful job on a set of acrylics and he’s sooo super nice!

Poor experience. Bought my mother a pedicure and gel manicure, which the gel manicure lifted and peeled completely off within 5 days. Her technician painted one base coat and one color coat, cured them, they were “done.”

Critical: ProfessionalismWent to this place 2 days in a row to get a give card for my wife for Christmas and both times the guy working their said that card reader wasn’t working, but he was working on something both times and I think he just didn’t want to help me so tell me everyone that came to this place had cash to pay for what they got done for 2 days???? Yea I don’t think say, but hey maybe they are killing it in business and they don’t want the 100 dollars I was going to give for my wife’s gift card I’ll just buy her something elseWent to this place 2 days in a row to get a give card for my wife for Christmas and both times the guy working their said that card reader wasn’t working, but he was working on something both times and I think he just didn’t want to help me …More

I had a scheduled appointment for a manicure and pedicure at 10am on 6/18/18 and it is now 40 minutes passed with no employee here. No note and no phone number on the door to contact. This is the purpose of an APPOINTMENT and completely unexceptable. It is the business responsibility to reach out to their scheduled appointments if they will be late or not showing up at all. All other salons are currently booked and I am leaving for vacation tomorrow. Again this is the purpose of making an appointment. Highly angry and utterly disappointed.

Well, let’s start with part of the mani/pedi experience should be about relaxation. Watching these people run all over the place chasing their toddlers and having the customers watch their children while they try to work is far from it. 2 different times I had to wait while my nail tech had to check on a crying child, change diapers and prepare bottles. I know it’s hard working and raising children but seriously, with the prices you charge, hire a sitter. Speaking of prices, every place I’ve ever been to includes the price of the manicure into the price of doing your gel/shelacs. Nope, the manicure is an extra. So, after $60 later, I woke up a few days later to find little blisters on the bottom of my feet with areas of pus in them. That took about a week to clear up. Come to think of it, I didn’t see them sterilize anything there between customers. I will never go here again.
