Thee WORST SERVICE and EXPERIENCE EVER!!!! IVE BEEN GETTING MY NAILS AND FEET DONE SINCE I WAS 10 and I’m now 33 years old. When you ask for a manicure 99% of us women expect nice warm water with a little soap and for our nails to be scrubbed. Especially after a LONG day of working. They don’t do that at all and still charge FULL PRICE if not more! The receptionist even mentioned that he has NEVER heard of that before and laughed. On top of that my GEL MANICURE WHICH WAS OVER PRICED STARTED CHIPPING IN LESS THAN A WEEK! KEVIN (the man answering the phone) mentioned that there was nothing they could really do about it. When you pay full price for a gel manicure you expect it to last at least 2 weeks without chipping. That’s the whole point of paying extra for gel! I drove out of my way for cheap nail polish and MEDIOCRE SERVICE! MY SUGGESTION WOULD BE TO PAY MORE ATTENTION TO YOUR CUSTOMERS NEEDS AND FOCUSE LESS ON YOUR SHOP APPEARANCE. THE SHOP LOOKS AMAZING BUT TERRIBLE SERVICE! KEVIN AND HIS TEAM WAS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.

Beautiful salon and my nail stylist, Helen, was great! My nails look perfect, she paid attention to detail and took her time. The last place I went to wasn’t too great and I get skeptical about trying new places. But, Helen did a wonderful job and I am extremely happy with the way the nails turned out!! I will be going back here again!

I will never go back to this nail shop again the nail tech was super rude and took a customer that came in after me before me. Then when I did get called to het my nails done the lady was so very rude to me she said out of no where Go wash your hands with a very loud aggressive tone and I said to her. hey you don’t have to get loud with me I don’t know the procedure this is my first time here so how would I know to wash my hands unless I was told to do so let me remind you I had been left waiting for 45min before I was seen so why didn’t anyone tell me in all that time to wash my hands. Then what completely did it for me was when the lady started to polish my nails they looked horrible the polish was clumpy and I said that’s it please someone else come and finish my nail so another nail tech had to come and finish the job that she failed to do correctly I was do mad when I left there if I could have not paid them I would have chosen that option because my nails are still not polished correctly and I have to go tomorrow and get them polished all over again. But that’s ok lesson well learned this was my first time going there and this will certainly be my last time going there
