The front staff were very kind and welcoming. The facility was beautifully taken care if and decorated. However I was called back for my massage 10 minutes past my appointment time with is understandable and not an issue. My massage therapist talked about her personal issues the entire time. This constant complaining and stressful dialog left me with a massive headache and and inability to relax and enjoy myself. Her technique was fair yet the pressure was lacking and she failed to focus on the areas I requested. When she had finished and I had paid and left In my car I realized it was 15 minutes before my hour long session was supposed to end. Including time to get dressed and pay I assume she had finished about 20 minutes before the end of my time slot. Resulting in paying for an hour yet receiving a 30 minute massage. Again this should have been a big problem but I was just greatful to not have to listen to her negative self depleting talk. I will not return to this location for only one reason. I fear getting this massage therapist again. Time with her was a massive waste of money time and sanity.

Update* I spoke with Jen I guess she is the owners help and I think it’s important the owners and the clients know how this location is being ran. They are constantly misinforming the clients, basically scamming, they don’t tell you that your package is not in there right away then they use a package without telling you? They are taking money out of my bank without any notice and then the staff is telling me I have a package and I don’t need to pay until SURPRISE you get charged DOUBLE the next few days. Then they are all sorry for the confusion until you want your money back. Jen calls like its my fault for all the confusion and all she had to say was she didn’t know what to say not even sorry for the STRESS this place has caused me the past 3months it was not relaxing what so ever it was stressful every single time. It’s unfortunate for the masseuses because they are wonderful but the front desk staff and managers are not doing their part for this locations clients.

Kaylene is one of the worst managers I have dealt with. Her customer service is terrible. She does not check her emails. I have talked to her twice on the phone and emailed to request a cancellation and have not received any acknowledgement or the correct form from her, even though she said she will send it by end of day today. She also messed up my account and added the wrong card to profile, after I waited for her to make the necessary changes and after she confirmed that the correct card was added to my profile. Very incompetent. My next call will be to corporate as I think they should look into her.

Update: This was never resolved. I do not recommend going to this location unless you want your $ taken from you. No one ever followed up with me regarding my experience either.

The very nice girl that checked me in was very nice to work with. Jess, my masseuse, was amazing. She not only helped me during the massage but she gave me some tips to take home to prevent some of my soreness.

So disappointed in the customer service. I signed up for a membership after being told it was a better deal and was easy to cancel. I called to cancel 4 different times, always with a promise that I’d get a call back from management to help me, only for them to charge me 2 additional times until I finally heard back from “management” THREE MONTHS after my original call to cancel. Then was told this manager didn’t have access to refunds? (so what would you say ya do here?) The whole experience felt predatory and fraudulent. It’s too bad because my actual massage was very nice. The irony in being really stressed out by a massage spa is not lost on me.
