I want to start out by saying that the receptionists and massage therapists are wonderful. This is absolutely no reflection on them.

My massage therapist was really nice and accommodating, but it definitely wasn’t worth the $$. I asked her to focus on my problem areas (sciatica/trapezius), and while she did good on my trapezius, she neglected my sciatica. So it still feels pretty stiff and compressed.

Drove by 12/17. Sign said Black Friday sale. My wife was with me and I couldn’t sneak in to buy the two for one for my wife and her sister to have a “Spa date” Christmas present. Came back into town today to see if they could still do the deal and was met by two girls staring at their phones who said, “No. that deal is over.” No effort to offer same, similar, or even better deal. Sister in Law WAS a regular, living in Cordera. She heard this and has vowed to never return. Snooty. Bad Business Practices.

It’s not the best place I’ve ever been, but it’s alright. Of course I’m used to Okinawan-style spa treatment, so I’m a bit spoiled. The front area was aesthetic and relaxing, and they offer complimentary tea (no sweetener I think). Staff was very friendly and welcoming, though I got the impression my masseuse was a bit inexperienced. She also asked me at the end if I’d like water or coconut water, which I declined as I was planning to go to dinner afterwards, and she responded by lecturing me on proper hydration, especially after a hot stone massage and repeated “So, water or coconut water?” basically forcing me. Can’t say I appreciated it very much, kind of left a bad taste; not sure if that practice is business policy or just something my masseuse does, but regardless I’d advise against it. I wrote that issue on a customer comment card, along with a few other suggestions, such as providing a wet towel to wipe off oil after massage, dimming the lights a bit more, and toning down the heat of the hot stones a bit, maybe based off customer preference (the hot stones were a little too hot for me and kind of hurt my skin, but I didn’t want to say anything and cause issues with my time limit or break the stride of my massage). Also, I wouldn’t recommend getting the $10 aromatherapy add-on to your massage as I felt it wasn’t really worth the money; just go buy a bottle of aromatherapy oil somewhere for a reasonable price and huff it as you please (that’s essentially all the add-on is – them putting the oil in their hands and having you breathe it in lol). Other than these issues, I’d say it was acceptable and their facilities were pretty nice and clean. They do offer a decent membership deal involving a monthly subscription at a lower price than normal that allows you one massage or facial per month; it’s at an even better rate for military members, and they freeze your subscription during TDYs and deployments. I’ll probably try other places in the area first to see if I can find better quality, but currently this seems like one of the higher end spas of Colorado Springs.

I just used a gift card from my sister for Christmas. Was going to set up a membership if it went well. I stated to the therapist and on the paperwork that I wanted a deep tissue massage and to focus on my shoulders and back. It was the lightest massage I’ve ever gotten. I barely felt it and I felt like the back and shoulders were the least concentrated areas. She was very nice and it was relaxing, but not at all what I asked for. Very disappointed that I still feel the same leaving as when I arrived. Will not be getting a membership because of this.

I started my membership about six years ago in Denver and have had many great massages since then. I moved to the springs and this is my only option so that is not ideal. I was called 6 minutes before my appointment today to say the therapist wasn’t feeling well. I’m all for self care and safety but if I were to waste their time I’d be charged and I don’t even think I was told sorry for driving across town to be cancelled while I was in the parking lot. No point at all to a membership here.

Critical: Communication, ProfessionalismI have been a member for at least 4 years. I worked w/ the same therapists consistently for several years. It was well worth the membership. When the pandemic hit, I kept my membership to support their business. My appointments built up. Upon reopening, they struggled to keep appointments and staff. As I understand it, new local management was very difficult to work with. I experienced this as a client as well. To date, appointments are impossible to come by, they have cancelled on me at the last minute more than 6 times in the last 6 months, they refuse to refund my canceled appointments, and they blame everything in their corporate office. They can’t keep therapists. This alone should be an alarm to anyone attempting to join. Do not waste your money. Find a local, independent therapist and support them. I regret thinking I was being a good customer, not cancelling my membership.Edited to add…they will appear to reach out to you below to “fix it”, but simply offer you a free “upgrade”. Not refund 15 pre paid appointments that are impossible to book. Trust me, I have been trying.I have been a member for at least 4 years. Got a coupon for a massage. Coupon said and hour. It was for 2 people. They could only do back to back appointments. It was my daughter and myself. We were about 8 minutes late to the first appointment because of the snow. My daughter’s massage was under 50 minutes. Mine started at 10:15 and ended at 10:52. Really not even close to an hour. Anyway, needless to say, I won’t be back. Maybe they don’t know how to calculate time…? Picture of the hour long coupon is below.

Was gifted a facial from my husband for V day. Never had one before, but after my session I may be addicted lol. Danni was amazing! She was gentle and gave me great info on skin care. I always thought it was quite odd that people felt comfortable enough to fall asleep during these sessions and guess what! I totally passed out about halfway through! Lol It was so realizing and much needed for this working momma of three. Already booked my next session!
