Great massage with professional staff in a beautiful, clean facility! Introductory rate was a good deal at $79. They mentioned they have a monthly subscription program for $79/month which is also a good deal if you plan to get one massage a month. I don’t go that often, so my only suggestion is for something like a punch card where you can come whenever you want for a discounted rate (but not as discounted as the monthly subscription obviously). I have been coming here once a month for massage since they opened and have had dramatic improvement in back and knee pain since working with their therapists. This was my first and last time at the NEW hand and stone spa in Chanhassen Mn. This is not a high end luxury spa it’s a chain so the experience is much lower than you would receive at a high end Hotel! My esthetician Debra wore gloves the whole time that were too big for her hands which scratched my face. Her reasoning for wearing the gloves was due to her concern about spreading germs and getting AIDS or Covid but she was not wearing a mask. She also was not familiar with using the steam wand as she had it too close to my face where it collected water in my nose and it was too hot! I had to tell her I wasn’t comfortable several times. I would not recommend this esthetician at this location.

I really enjoyed my time at Hand and Stone in Chanhassen. The spa is beautiful, clean and new. Darrius did an amazing job with my sore neck and even showed me some exercises to help with the stiffness. He was very kind and respectful. Will definitely go back.
