I’ve been to a lot of spas. This one by far was the absolute best experience that I have ever received. From the moment I walked in the door the ladies at the front were very welcoming. I sat down to fill out a quick intake form and was asked if I would like any water or hot tea. The atmosphere was wonderful. They have serene music playing at a respectable volume which really helped me feel at peace. The therapist that I saw Abby was very informative and listened to all of my concerns and for the first time I feel like someone actually helped alleviate my pain and tension. She was phenomenal. Checkout was very easy and friendly and I will be back!

Overall disappointed with the whole service. From the poor quality massage to the cancellation of my husband’s massage upon arrival. The front desk person would get five stars because she really tried to deal with the situation of one of our massage therapist calling out at the last minute. She did give us the option to reschedule or cancel at not cost to us. I now wish I had just canceled.

Yesterday was my first visit to the West Chester location and I was able to recieve the introductory offer even though I had been to the Mason location in the past. I signed up for a male masseuse, I prefer deep tissue massage. I had an amazing massage from Brenton, would highly recommend him. Yesterday was my birthday so I tried the half salt stone added to my massage. I enjoyed the heated salt stones added to the massage! Brenton was very good at applying the necessary pressure to the right spots! Thanks for a wonderful experience!
