I lived in Winter Haven for three months. I went here for a massage once. The employees were very welcoming and helpful. I enjoyed my massage therapist Dennis as well. I’m giving three stars because my experience wasn’t the greatest. The massage felt fantastic but the problem was that first he wanted to talk for five minutes, ok fine let’s discuss what I want. Then he wanted to converse the entire time! I paid for a sixty minute massage that was done in 50 minutes and I couldn’t even relax because he couldn’t let me do so. Please tell your employees that for massages and facials the person isn’t interested in conversation.

I think my biggest issue is that they say you are purchasing a 1 hour massage but in reality it’s only 45 minutes. Went to my first appt yesterday. Got there 15 minutes prior for paperwork. Talked with the therapist for about 5 minutes at my start time, and they were done 10 minutes before my end time. When I checked out it says to leave a tip for a *50 minute* massage. You guys need to get your wording down correctly. Is it 60 or 50 minutes? Why am I only on the table for 45minutes?

The website will explain the premise. Most of the important parts of this to me are about consistency with your therapist and schedule. I’ve got a great therapist and they’ve gotten the process down pat for us. Would recommend if you’re in town visiting or a local.

Did not enjoy my massage because the room was freezing and my masseuse’s hands were cold as well. I have many massages but for the price I did not feel so relaxed bc the room was too cold. Also I asked for firm pressure and I did not have that pressure at all. Not impressed. Very clean and nice facility though.

I used a gift certificate today for a 50 minute massage. My massage therapist, Andrew, was fantastic! He took the time to find out my trouble spots and really honed in on those. I will definitely be back to see him. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because I think the decor could be a little more cozy. Overall, a very good first time visit there.
