I’m not a frequent massage guy. Only my second one in my life. After my experience here. Will never get one again. Massage was fair, but I left with enough oil/lotion on me to slide home. Didn’t know I was supposed to bring a towel with me.

Sent my pregnant wife to a prenatal massage that the booking center mistakenly booked to this location without telling her the address change. She Ubered to the wheelhouse location to be told that it had been changed only to then uber to the other location but by the time she arrived, she was late and told that her massage would be cut to 15 min or rescheduled. This was all due to the mistake of Hand and Stone. Now this was not Internationals fault, but while there, there was a rude employee, Audriana, that made the whole experience uncomfortable. She was unwelcoming, amd rude to her fellow employee whom was trying to ask for assistance in helping my wife. Even making remarks such as that she couldn’t wait for 2:30 to be off of work. What I know is we won’t be using hand and stone going forward.

Critical: QualityI was excited to get a massage for the first time since the Pandemic. This was my mother’s day present! When I went there, I had requested a 1hr Swedish Massage. After we started, she asked, “Is the pressure OK?” I told her, “Actually, I don’t know if I’m allowed to ask for it, but can you please give me more pressure? I can take it!”She replied, “To an extent….” She didn’t exert any more pressure; I had been willing to pay more for a better treatment, but she wasn’t interested in working for her money. She never elaborated on any “extents.”Lastly, the massage lasted for 45 minutes. When I asked why they had shortened the massage by 15 minutes, they claimed “Five minutes for you to take off your clothes, five minutes to put them back on.” Well, first of all, I had come 15 minutes early (no 5 minute cost); secondly, the lady still failed to account for five additional minutes.After all that, Emma tried to sell me a monthly package. Not after that poor quality treatment! 1hr Massage should be a 1hr Massage! We expected better from Hand & Stone. The spam never stops. Save yourself the time & spend your precious time and money elsewhere!UPDATE on 06/12/2021: The company reached out to me offering $30 off for a future massage. Oh my goodness! I was gifted with a massage here and it had been a coupla decades since I’d had one. The staff at this location were very friendly, kind and patient. The masseuse was amazing!! I WILL go back! The combination of Himalayan Sea Salt rocks and CBD oil massage will have you leaving energized, loose and relaxed. Try it! Or just go to this Hand & Stone for a wonderful experience!
