What a wonderful place to get muscles workout. Absolutely right waxing and inviting my massage therapist what is the best at small talk and just making me feel as comfortable as possible. If there was one negative thing, I could say it would be that they go over any kind of finances or payments right after you get out of your massage so it’s almost like spiraling your muscles back into a tense situation all over again. If there was any kind of suggestion that I can make to the company, it would be to have the client pay ahead of time. any kind of club membership a day after. Other than that, I had a very relaxed time definitely suggested it.

It was Amazing, relaxing, and everyone from reception to service provider was excellent! Loved my time there, they were friendly, helpful, and provided an inviting and restorative environment. Buyer beware- I tried to cancel the membership 3 times at no avail, the lady Cassey that used to do my daughters facial no longer works there, they keep charging my credit card even after I tried cancelling the membership. The manager is rude and won’t refund my money I have been trying to resolve this issue for 3 months. They rather loose a customer with 2 daughters, many friends and receive a bad review over $59. Penny wise and a pound foolish.They double charge too beware.

Overcharged me. Paid $270 for a one hour couples massage. Edited *After speaking with the manager they did not refund me any money but rather explained the “couples room is in high demand so they charge more for it”. Aka you don’t get the introductory price as listed on their website and NO ONE told us otherwise. As first time visitors, how would we know that? Had we known, we would have rather booked separate rooms and paid the $69 advertised price, not $270 for two mediocre massages. 100% will not return to ANY Hand and Stone. Don’t fall victim to their false advertising, folks!

***Great massage therapists.*** I spent 13 years in the spa industry. The front desk staff lacks knowledge and professionalism. We arrived for our couples massage and they had only booked me, not my husband. We book together in advance in the spa so this was most disturbing to us. There is so much clutter on the counter you cannot set your handbag on it and being hard of hearing I had to lean in to hear what was being said. The girl got upset when I moved the fake plant & brochures sitting there. At the same time there were other people checking out whose services were over billed beyond what they expected. Looks like bait and switch. They need to get it together. Edited: We arrived Wednesday am for our re-booked appointments – my husband’s info was no longer in the system! So once again our massage time was shortened due to paperwork error at the front desk. I received a survey via email and completed it. The manager of St. Augustine and Durbin Park called me, refused to validate my complaints and cancelled my membership rather than try to improve her staff and accommodate our needs! Wow, just wow. Customer BEWARE.
