Critical: ProfessionalismI went to Beauty Dungeon after they received high praise from friends. Unfortunately, it was a big disappointment. I went in for a facial and while I’m sure the facial itself was fine, it was not a relaxing experience and left something to be desired.The door to the room was open for the entire facial which led to several interruptions including the esthetician placing a my favorite muffin order. She also had to leave the room 3 times to get product and tools would yell to her colleagues.The facial itself was probably good, but the lack of professionalism over shadowed it. Been coming here for a while now and I have never been disappointed. From entering, you are greeted with a smile. They have a lot of services to choose from. From my personal experience, I had the pleasure of having both Ciara and Gabby do a wax, shape, and tint on my brows, as well as upper lip and underarm waxing. They offer different waxes and will inform you of that and each step they are doing. I also had the pleasure of receiving a massage from their masseuse Lauren and her hands were magical on my aching, knotted up back when I was pregnant with my son.
