First time coming here and I loved it! The front desk people were so nice and the gentleman that made the appointment was so professional! I think my massage therapist was named leslie but she was amazing! Had really good flow and made the 2 hours fly by! I’ll definitely be stopping by here when I’m in town! Highly recommend it!!

First time visiting this location, very nice experience except that the 1-hour massage should not seem to be a full hour. Could have been a little bit better but was decent. The masseuse had great customer service skills. The front counter was a bit pushy on the membership package, but not enough for me never to return. First visit to Hand and Stone. Used a gift certificate and I was disappointed in my facial. She didn’t explain to me what she was doing, and everything just felt like she was cleansing my skin. No mask, no extractions, and unfortunately I can’t tell the difference in my skin. I love facials but I will not be back. Sad because I really wanted to like Hand and Stone since I no longer use M.E. either.

I have reached out to the executive director for nearly a month and no return phone call. Front staff is excellent and so are the clinicians, the star is solely directed at management and the product they are pushing. Do not spend your money here. Update: director called back and said results are never guaranteed even if there are zero results and she said this happens. She said because they could not guarantee peoples home care they don’t offer refunds ever. I would never recommend a company who doesn’t back their product.

I’ve been having muscle and nerve pain in my shoulder from a waterskiing fall since Labor Day. I finally decided to get a massage to determine if that might help, and chose Hand and Stone. I’m not someone who gets massages but felt like this would be the best first step in trying to alleviate the pain. I saw Sheila yesterday afternoon and she was nothing short of amazing! In our brief consultation, before I even got on the table, she already seemed to have a clear understanding of my pain and how she was going to treat it. Within a minute or two into the massage, she found the area that was causing me so much pain and worked some serious magic! She knew the perfect pressure to apply and covered other areas, like my neck and arms, all of which have been impacted by my shoulder. Not only did she perform an excellent massage, she had a wonderful personality and made me feel incredibly comfortable, which is a big deal for someone like me who has always been hesitant to get massages. The experience was so good that it completely changed my idea of what massage is all about and how very effective it can be, not only for relaxation and stress, but for some real pain relief that didn’t require medical attention. So, a HUGE shout out to Shelia and the Hand and Stone team at Alpharetta — I’ll definitely be back!
