I will personally not be returning here. I had a middle of the day appointment, and my masseuse was not there when I arrived. I didn’t get any phone call to let me know they were not there I only found out when I arrived. The receptionist asked me to return in an hour. When I returned, the masseuse reeked of cigarettes. The massage was fine, but the professionalism was not, especially for the cost.

Don’t waste your money or time. They can’t fulfill appointments, or they cancel them. I have 9 months worth of appointments where if I cancel my membership you need to use it within 90 days which is a joke since they couldn’t fulfill any appointment in 9 months. I’ve taken days off of work to get an appointment, they can’t uphold their side of the contract. There should be reimbursements when they failed as a business to fulfill on their end.

i experienced outstanding Customer Service upon initially scheduling my appointment with Sasha the receptioninst. Entering the facility to check in and to experience the awesome relaxing, serene waiting room. All to culminate with the amazing session with my therapist Leondria. Words can’t describe her proffessionalism and bedside manner. My only negative thing to say is that she’ll be leaving after this month LOL. SO someone has a hard act to follow upon my next visit. Nothing but good things to say.

Unfortunately, I had an appointment this morning and apparently the guy massage therapist called out, which caused me to either have my time pushed to a very much later time OR cancel the appointment!! This is very frustrating to me because 1) it was last minute that someone called me. I was literally on my way. 2) I scheduled this massage as part of my birthday gift to myself! Not only was I cancelled, the receptionist, Tasha was extremely rude, not apologetic whatsoever, and she did not seem to care! I will not ever book with this location ever again!

I usually have a facial but this visit I went with the massage. I upgraded to the hot stones and I am glad I did. I felt so relax after my session. Only down size is that it was only for an hour. The soft music, candles, you might just nod off a little. I go to the one on 202 and it is clean, welcoming and a warm comfortable feeling. Staff is friendly and very knowledgeable about their services and products. They are not pushy sales people so you don’t have to upgrade or buy anything. They talk to you to see what you want and try to meet your wishes. I am a member. It is worth joining if you are planning on going often. You can go to any hand and stone. I have visited several while traveling and always had a great experience.

Today March 23rd I had an appointment. I was called not even a half hour before that appointment and told it had to be canceled because of an emergency with the massage therapist. This is the reason I’ve canceled my membership because of constant cancellations and constant inability to make an appointment if I don’t make one 2 months out. I’m joining another spa because this is unacceptable. And when I tell them I am unable to make their next appointment which is a day from now because I’m working they say very rudely “well when is your next day off” then hang up. So because I have to give them a month notice to end my membership they now have $69 of my money that I can’t schedule an appointment to use. As far as I’m concerned this is thievery. If I could did zero stars I would. When I spoke to the manager and asked about making another appointment and asked if that was canceled would I lose my service that had left to use her exact words were “I would hope not”.
