My esthetician, Jessie, was the absolute sweetest! She made me feel so welcomed, relaxed, and really made my skin feel great. Just had the best experience at Hand & Stone Cranberry. I’ve been in a lot of pain from workouts and recently having a baby, and needed a GOOD deep tissue massage. Did not have the best experience yesterday.. Arrived to my appointment 4 minutes late (not typical for me to arrive late, but I was coming from out of town). I quickly filled out the needed documents then was brought back for my massage. I was immediately told that “due to the time, my massage would have to be cut short.” I then laid there for 5 minutes waiting for the woman to come back in, even though I did not need to get undressed or anything (she was probably reviewing the documents, so that I understand). Then my massage was ended 10 minutes early. So my hour long massage turned into about 30 minutes. Drove almost an hour to get there and did not feel like it was worth my time or money. Disappointed 🙁
