I have been coming here for years, and it seems that there has been a huge turnover in staff. I find someone I can go to and then it seems they are gone shortly thereafter. I also feel like appointments are rushed, I got home after my last visit and noticed that a lot of what should have been waxed was missed. After I finish my wax pass, I will be moving on to another location or business as this location seem unreliable and the service has declined greatly.

I had the best experience there today. I booked online and selected “anyone” to do my waxing. I lucked out big time for who I got assigned to me for my eyebrows and upper legs. Keiyana not only did the job perfectly but also made me feel incredibly comfortable during the times when I felt incredibly embarrassed. To me that’s quality and worth the time and money. I’m definitely going back and will purposely choose Keiyana next time.

The only reason I didn’t give one star is because I’ve had many great experiences at this location. However, one of the waxers, Megan, has completely destroyed my eyebrows twice. The first time she completely waxed off the front of my brow and I didn’t say anything. But the second time when I saw she was assigned to me I was immediately wary and of course it happened again. This time she completely waxed off the end of my left eyebrow and made them way too skinny so they were entirely unsymmetrical. Although I’ve heard other people have had a good experience getting bikini waxes I think she just doesn’t understand the correct shape for eyebrows. The tail of my eyebrow still hasn’t grown back so needless to say I don’t think I’ll be going back to Megan.
