After my facial, certain products were recommended to me for my home cleansing routine. The staff did a great job showing me my options without making me feel pressured into buying these products. Worst massage ..I added scalp massage and cold stone facial which were barely done. My appointment was 11:00, she took me in after 11:00 to get ready. The massage was terrible, I paid $40 extra for add on’s and I was done and dressed by 11:50. Besides that she sat in a chair the whole time and barely rubbed never mind massaging. How am I done in 40 minutes with two add ons. The scalp massage was exactly two seconds, she didn’t even take my ponytail out and the stone facial was 8 seconds. Terrible experience and will never go back.

I’ve been to multiple locations in the area and this is by far the cleanest & best run location. I’ve had some issues with scheduling in the past, but the front desk has been very accommodating. SHARDEE is the BEST therapist I’ve ever worked with through H&S. I highly recommend her for her skills, insight, and delightful personality.

This place is a joke! They rope you into enrolling in their program only to charge extra or as they put it an “extra package” for any additional service. (which is much less if you add it ala carte… $20 do the math)!!! When you call to cancel because you can’t find time in your busy schedule to come in and you’ve accumulated all these “packages” (each month $74.58 that’s their $69.00 a month plus tax deal). Then give you the runaround, only to charge you another month! Then you’re now expected to use up all these accumulated packages within “90” days or they keep your money!!! Not to mention that the front desk staff is either clueless or rude and sometimes both! So beware and go to a reputable place to get your facials and massages. Steer far away!

I see several poor reviews and thankfully, didn’t even see them before going…I’ve had a significant back problem since 02, I’ve treated it w regular Chiro and massage ever since then and can say in full confidence: I know a little more than the average Joe about what a good deep tissue massage is (I’ve had 100s of them over the last two decades). Can’t speak about any of the other masseuses, but I was fortunate enough to be able to book a deep tissue w Stefanny and knew within the first few minutes that she was the real deal. I had been going to the same spot for years in Hoboken before moving here, found 1 good place, another place that is incredible (but booked out about a year in advance) and just took a chance here bc my back was messed up as usual. Stefanny knows what she’s doing, really puts pressure on you and how to do so effectively. I joined their monthly program as soon as I hit the front desk after and booked more appointments w her. As for the nasty comments about the front desk, there was a younger woman at the desk yesterday that was super professional, courteous and knowledgeable. I had a great experience my first time here!

In terms of the quality of the massages Ive received I’d give them a 5. They have been very good and I’ve had deep tissue and regular massages. There seems to be a lot of turnover though in the management/front desk ppl. I had problems with my membership and couldn’t get any resolution. Finally went there, spoke with someone and got part of it addressed. However the person was supposed to follow-up with me to handle the rest and she never did. So I give up. Finishing up my membership and I’m done.

I am very frustrated with the company. I have been trying for over a month to get an appointment for a massage and every time I call they have no availability and I have tried 4 different locations. So I have paid for these services that I cant use and I cant cancel my membership because then I lose the 11 packages that I still have. Terribly disappointed.
