Checked in online said 0 minute wait time. Walked in the same time as a gentleman did and his name was before mine and they took him and I sat down to wait. 2 more gentleman not checked in walked in and we ere both taken to chairs for cuts. Still waiting and not yet greeted and then another girl and her mother walk in (again checked in online after me) and they take her back. At this point I had been waited and unacknowledged for almost 30 minutes. So I went to the desk and told the girls in the back to just take my name off the list and left. Terrible experience won’t be back.

If I could give this place a zero star I would. My mother paid $20.00 for this lady to ” dust ” her hair. She asked for a trim and she didn’t even sit in her chair for 5 minutes. She asked the lady to trim her hair and she just kept finding excuses as to why she didn’t need her hair trimmed. Last time I checked when you want your hair done a certain way it should be taken into consideration 100% not what the hair stylist chooses. So annoying .
