Not only was my experience painful but very disappointing. I’m a stylist myself and decided to treat myself. She didn’t wash the back on my head like at all, so I’m omw to go home and wish and restyle. During the styling process I was abused with the brush. After numerous attempts pulling away from the stokes she went harder. Never going back. Not worth it.

Critical: QualityMy hair was hacked. I went back but it can’t be fixed. The girl tried her best to fix the mess the other beautician made. Been going there for years. Most staff us good but there is at least one. I am embarrassed to walk around with this cut.

Naddie did a great job giving me a long overdue haircut and a new style. Very friendly staff.and clean salon. They wear masks and require customers to do same in observance of COVID prevention protocol.

After nearly 20 years of being dedicated to this salon, & most if not all of my friends and family also, I was turned away because I had my 10 month old son with me, alone. I didn’t make an appointment this time, didn’t care if my normal stylist was not there because they always do great work, & she wasn’t there that day. The elderly receptionist was very off putting, & acted as if I wanted her to watch my son or something, like I was some crazy teen with a baby and no responsibility, instead of a 28 year old adult who needs 12 inches cut from her head so her lo will stop pulling on it. I have had friends with children that are similar ages and sit in the front while they had their hair cut without a word from anyone, including my siblings when we were younger. She stated, “Don’t you have have a seat you can strap him down in? What if someone comes in and takes him? You should come back when you have a sitter for him!” & refused to serve me. As if she would allow a person to come in and walk out with products, or someones kids! Needless to say, unfortunately, I will never go back! I will however go some place that doesn’t just say they’re a family hair salon, but means it!

Showed up at 8 am and no one there. At 8:50 saw a woman inside by register. Door was still locked. She went to back of store and never came to unlock dooers even though it was one of the hottest days of the year. Woman waiting with child also. Finally left at 9:15. Called haircrafters main office and was told I would hear from owner. Never heard a wor.d I used to frequent this location but because of the indifferent attitude of owner I will not use haircrafters again. Too bad. Not all employees fault but owner doesn’t care enough to call and talk to me. I personally would not use this location at all. Too bad I can’t give 0 stars.
