I made an appointment and these people harassed me nonstop from the time I made the appointment leading up to the day and after. The day before the appointment, I had a hectic work day. Confirmed the appointment with the text and they persisted in disrupting my work day with NONSTOP phone calls and voicemails. I blocked their phone and it continues. They use different numbers to harass me and leave voicemail. If you have to behave this way to get clients, I’m not giving you my business!

I made an appointment online. Cancelled because I decided to check the reviews after setting up appointment. Get called the following day that I canceled, asking why I cancelled & if I wanted to reschedule. I just said “I’m busy & that I’m no longer interested “. I’m not kidding .. they have called me almost everyday since asking if I would like to reschedule the appointment. I have told them all 4 times that I’m no longer interested. They state that they will notate that & yet they still call me ?!!! So annoying.

Originally came in looking to receive the hair transplant procedure, but then was informed by Krystan that that service isn’t offered there, (which later I found out it IS). So I was about to walk out when they gave me a “discounted” price on services which I should have walked away from but wanted to fix myself so I didn’t. I was talked into joining their program that does fake hair, and when I would ask for more modern/ age appropriate hair cuts, NONE of the stylists knew how to give professional cuts. Then when I spoke to Luisa Scott a former client specialist there, I had told her i wanted to cancel my membership for a full refund do to the fact I wasn’t satisfied with the services offered. That’s when all of a sudden out of nowhere, they NOW offer the hair transplant option! So I got talked back into staying, but then didn’t “qualify” for it??? So they put me on a plan to “regrow” my hair, which didn’t even work! I kept trying to call and email about canceling my membership because I wasn’t happy with the “results” or lack of results, and was always told, “well have Luisa get back to you”. My fiance and i ended up losing our jobs and everything we owned because of covid, so i couldn’t make it to any appointments from the time we lost our jobs to now. Fast forward to now, I’m still being forced to pay for their services, I finally got a hold of someone, just to be told, “oh, your membership expired in February, and you still need to pay”. Never got any emails, letters or ANYTHING saying that it was approaching the expiration of my membership or anything. WHY AM I BEING FORCED TO PAY FOR SERVICES I COULDN’T EVEN USE AND SERVICES THAT WERE DENIED TO ME?! All they care about is taking your money.

I was very fortunate to have Beth work with me. She made me feel relaxed and comfortable in being at their office. She is a complete professional with a great attitude! I’ve been to many branches and this branch is by far the best!!! They pick up the phone when I call or return my call if they miss it. Friendly staff and you can definitely tell the front desk knows what they are doing. Other branches need to take some notes.

My husband Jim had an appointment at the Phoenix Hairclub today. He was there for a new hair piece, color, cut, and style. The receptionist Gordon, is always very professional, courteous, and thorough. Gordon called him 3 days prior to his appointment to let me him know that that his new piece had arrived and he also had earlier appointment times for him to consider. Gordon always takes the extra steps to ensure that the customer is always satisfied and beyond. Gordon is truly aan asset to this HC.
