I love Miriam and all her work. She is very kind and will do whatever you request! I went into the shop yesterday after making an appointment at 11 and ended up being told they didn’t have time to do the hairstyle I requested. I’m pretty sure the lady that opened the shop is the same lady I spoke with on the phone to make my appointment. All I needed was straight backs and 2 connected braids for my part. She told me “We don’t have time for that today” and that “I could come back” and then proceed to try and charge me more for the same style Miriam does and charges less. It takes 2 extra minutes to make that connected braid but clearly she didn’t want the business or money… Also I drove almost 30 minutes to make my appointment on time just for her to tell me that… Whoever she is, she is rude and unprofessional and I highly recommend Miriam all day! If Miriam is not there, I will NOT be booking because I was completely THROWN OFF with that lady.
