I went to the owner to get my hair dyed with a photo of what I wanted done. I was reassured that it wouldnt be a problem to achieve the color I wanted. After several hours of being there my hair did not turn out as promised so the owner said to come back and she would redo free of charge. I paid $200 plus tip the first time. To have a dark brown color on top( which turned red) and grey ombre on the bottle which didnt turn out. So we waited a week and went in for another session to only leave with blue hair and still not the results that I came in for. The second time I was there it was very awkward and uncomfortable the owner almost made me feel as though she was mad she had to redo it. I still have multiple colors in my hair that were nothing close to what I asked for and was told I could get done. Then as she told me she couldnt get the color I wanted and I would need to pay $50 more dollars for the products she used and I Was in shock and upset. Here I had paid her for the service $200 of my hard earned money to get not even anything close to what I wanted. She said ok well just pay what you feel is fair. I told her she told me there would be no charge the second time. She said ok and I left. I sent her a message the next day telling her how I felt and she pretty much told me she wasted 4 hrs on my hair and loss on her products and would need to charge me if I came back??? Im sorry but I will never go back!! And now Im out over $200 to have nothing to show for in my hair!!!!

I highly recommend Hair Therapy. Heather did a fantastic job and listened so well to my hair needs. My husband was thrilled with the results too and stated, “oh you’ll definitely have to see her again!”
