I came in as a walk in with byanca because I wanted a hair cut unfortunately I got a really short hair cut without asking for it with short layers as short as bangs she said because it was all damaged, then I got home disappointed and I came the next day asking if she can put on some extensions for me because the hair was to short. So i brought my hair extensions it cost me over 600 dollors really good hair she put them on for me she charged me for just the installation as I’m getting my hair done I felt really uncomfortable because shes talking bad about her employees in Spanish so that they dont understand what shes saying I felt really bad for the older white lady that works there because byanca and another Hispanic lady where making fun of her the whole time and she had no idea since she didnt understand the language. Ne ways a week later literally all of my extensions came out after I brushed my hair it was a waist of my time and money. I’m pregnant about to be due next week and I wanted to pamper myself im really upset this happened to me honestly it was a really bad experience and waist of money!

If there is a zero star I would chose it! this was by far my worst hair cut in my entire life! Blanca seats wit my back to the mirror then she starts cutting my hair DRY (I have frizzy wavy hair) without even asking me how much to cut!! I asked her if she was going to wet my hair she said she supposedly cuts hair dry!! Who the heck does?!! She then chopped off 7 inches and when I asked her if I can see what she’s doing she tells me it’s the first layer(when I walked in I said trim less than half inch)!!!! Its a one uneven line ( right side of my hair shorter than left) so basically she cut two layers! The whole hair cut was less than five minutes and three mins of it was her asking me where I’m from!! I wish I didn’t go!! Biggest mistake of my life. My hair looks horrible and so short when I had specifically said a hair trim!! The worst hair cut!! She was rushing my hair cut (less than five mins)!! How!!! It wldve looked better if I cut my own hair! Just don’t go!!!
