The staff member that was their was very nice and was knowledgeable about all of the packages, prices etc. The spray tan machine was very high tech and easy to operate. I also purchased the teeth whitening, which definitely made my teeth whiter. Unfortunately, I’m a smoker so the bottom of my teeth didn’t get as light as the tops. The only downside was the wait times, but that wasn’t the associates fault, because she was the only one working on a busy Saturday! The company should staff this location appropriately for the amount of customers that come in on weekends. I will definitely be going back to continue my spray tans. Hopefully they will be fully staffed next time.

Had a great experience here and I’m very happy with my sunless tan. The employee that helped me her name was Bri, she was so nice and friendly and told me everything I needed to know about getting my first spray tan! I’ll definitely be coming back to get a spray tan in a couple of weeks.

Really good place to get a spray tan in Blacksburg! My tan always looks really good and they have pretty good deals. The staff is always pretty unfriendly, it takes way too long to check in, and every time I ask questions they seem pretty irritated or confused. Great tans and services, pretty rough customer service.

If I could give them a zero I would! I was charged, after checking NUMEROUS times (in store) that they would cancel my membership. I specifically was reassured my credit card would not be charged…but turns out, as I check this months payment, it is. I will never go back here again. This is the second times they have over charged me and not canceled a membership. They suck

I experienced horrible customer service from start to finish here. Ultimately it’s the company policies that are abhorrent to me, but I also encountered plenty of incompetence from various staff members.

I’d like to start off saying that this specific Sun Tan City is helpful and has very good staff. The Director, Kelsie, took her time with me to explain prices and products. I’d recommend her and her team to anyone in the Blacksburg/Christiansburg area. Definitely will be returning to this store.
