I would highly recommend going here for colors and mens cuts!!! Nichole(Nikki) was amazing, she really tries her best to make sure you have the best hair color and cut wise. I have been going to this hair studio one for a few years now and usually have no issues. However this passed time a stylist Kelly was working and she was rude and kept telling me my long hair was going to make her run behind. I went there for a full color and paid for a full color but only got my roots done. She seemed awfully upset she actually had to work. Thankfully the manager Kati fixed my hair without a hitch. She’s always friendly and really knows hair.

Scheduled an appointment 3 months in advance for a wedding hair trial. Got there on time, showed her a couple pictures of desired hairstyle. She was upset my hair was damp. Coworker called off that day, I got the impression she was agitated. Walk-ins came in while she was doing my hair and she was saying how far behind she was getting which really put me off. ( I scheduled this 3 months in advance) at this point I could tell she didn’t even want to do the hair trial, so I unbuttoned the cape and asked her how much I owed her, and left. If you need your hair trimmed you could go here. But don’t put your important hair days in their hands. It is just a paycheck to them.

I’ve always brought my son here, i will NEVER come back again. I get here & sign in & the girl tells me she will do my sons hair cut when she finishes the man she’s doing his haircut, she finishes his hair & tries to call another woman over stating she was here first, oh hell no, we were here first & thankfully this kind lady even stated that we were here first & the stylist seemed to have an attitude over it. TERRIBLE & like I said I have ALWAYS brought him here but I’m looking else where. Lost our service

Had hair dyed and cut, all that was ok but then I get out to my car and look in the mirror and realize Kelly, who did my hair, got dye all over my face, forehead and neck and didn’t even was it off! Was planning to go to dinner from there with my hubs! Thank God I looked in the mirror in the car! I did look in the mirror inside but she had styles my hair so it was all blown forward around my face and over my forehead so it wasn’t seen!!

If there was even a little common decency around this establishment. Employees roll there eyes at you for walking in while there cutting someone else’s hair? That’s customer service? Haha. Let’s talk about there so called talent. I think they are given a pair of scissors and hope and pray it comes out. This place is deff a joke. Not recommended. The place is dirty. The walls are so scuffed up and marked it looks like the place is never maintained or cleaned. Theres such an odours smell in here that is makes you walk outside for a fresh air. Fire extinguishers are out of code dated back to early 2018? Hahaha really?

Went there for a last minute decision for my son and nephew and my nephew has serious sensory issues and the lady that was cutting his hair couldn’t get him out fast enough I’m pretty sure his haircut wasn’t even finished she was rude and he was upset afterwards don’t plan on returning it was awful
