Positive: QualityConnie did a wonderful job in cutting my super fine hair! I dropped by to see when I could get an appointment and was told that they could work me in within a half hour. I’ve had such a difficult time finding a stylist who can make sense of my hair and told the team of stylists that they have really good reviews on line. I’ve had such a difficult time finding a stylist who can make sense of my hair and told the team of stylists that they have really good reviews on line. Kari is amazing! She’s done my hair for years. She is so kind and friendly. She always does amazing work on my hair an have never been disappointed. She is always honest if she knows something won’t work for you. Ex: purple won’t work in my hair without bleaching it. She cares so much her work and wants you to be as happy as possible

Called to inquire about how much they charge for a haircut and the lady wasn’t very interested in earning my business. Was more focused on how much she could make as opposed to welcoming and earning a new client. Very poor customer service.
